If you can't seem to be able to check stock on an item after you click on "check stock", or a larger photo doesn't appear when you click on "Larger Pic.", there are a few possible causes.
You can't see either stock status or larger pictures
You probably are blocking pop-up ads. Our stock
checking and larger photos links aren't ads, but they are a
pop-up, and your program can't tell one from the other.
Please turn off pop-blockers when viewing our site, or, if
your blocker supports it, select "Block all popups
except the ones I click on". We never bother
our customers with pop-up ads.
OR
You do not have a Java equipped browser. There are very
few browsers out there not that are not Java equipped, but
if your is one of them we suggest upgrading your browser.
In the mean time, you can click on the photos to get to a
full page, but you will not be able to use the "check
stock" link.
The following apply only to stock checking errors
You get a message - "Server not Found".
The stock checking server is not the same server that
provides all the pages and shopping cart. While it is quite
stable, things can go wrong. Please simply try again at
your convenience.
You get redirected to a "We cannot find the page
you are looking for" error.
This is a problem on our end. Please wait about 30
seconds, and try again. You may have asked at the exact
moment the server is updating. This takes about 30 seconds
in total, and the stock status may show up immediately. If
it still happens, either call us (877 253-2843) and we can
give you the stock status on the phone, or drop us an
e-mail
and we will look into the problem.
