Product Satisfaction
Like with anything purchased from Leather Creations, or any of its divisions, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Bargain Leather Gear is no exception. While we cannot offer our lifetime warranty as we do on Leather Creations' merchandise, we do offer a 30 day 100% warranty on all items, and a 30 day satisfaction promise. If you are not satisfied with your product, return it in 30 days (in saleable condition) and we will gladly refund your purchase price. If something should become defective in 30 days, return it to us at our expense for repair and return, also at our expense. Full return instructions are packed in every box.
Custom Sizing and alterations
Bargain Leather Gear is able to offer its products at these fantastic prices because of volume manufacturing. We don't have someone sit down and make a straight jacket, they sit down and make 50 straight jackets. Collars are made 100 at a time, as are restraints. Becuase of this it is not possible to offer any custom work, alterations, or even optional openings or holes. Leather Creations offers a full line of products that are made to measure, or that can easily be altered to your needs. Bargain Leather Gear will constantly expand its line of products, and will surely listen to your requests, but it will always remain a discount source. To that end, we cannot offer anything made differently from that which you see on this site.
Product Availability
We have to be 100% honest with you here. We are still "getting our feet wet" in the bargain business. As a result, we will possibly (no, make that probably) over and underestimate your desire for a particular product.

Unfortunately, unlike Leather Creations products, someone can't just sit down and craft one for you the next day. When we are out of a product, we may be out for a couple of weeks. Take straight jackets, for example. 50 backs need to be cut, 100 arms, 100 sides, 600 straps... and then the 50 jackets will be assembled.

Our "stock check" links will always tell you if something is ready to ship. and when we have a known delay, we will try to post it on the site. You still may want to consider placing your order, so that we can ship to you the minute they are ready.
